Im oso having the same poblem..after search puya search dpt this web and my poblem is solve tq 4 all the info it really help…
But the poblem never solve after 2 month +++ it came again and I need to install back from Avto Z.
are there any software to stop this sickness of Hp compaq presario V3715AU come again and again and again.
this really need to stop immediatelu right.
anybody please help all the user of this lap top this 1 is lbh teruk dari melamine right

i using compaq presario V3614AU. the problem is, when i open the comamnd prompt, my laptop immediately shut down… before that i install php 5.0.. i might by make a wrong configuration on that.. another problem is, when i used a mouse, my laptop also shutdown… please help me to overcome those problems.. thanks….

must be the graphic driver… try reinstall it again.

i reformatted my compaq v3614au from vista to xp, then suddenly after formatting and installing driver, i cannot scroll down smoothly i can see the page moves down like layered i think i must have not install the correct driver..can u please solve this problem??

Hi, I’d question regarding sound, the problem in, the sound quality is very bad compared to Vista. The sound from buit-in speaker or via external speaker sounds “broken”
Can tell me how to rectify?
